I was photographing some new pieces and as I let my camera down on my working table for a moment, my eye caught a very nice picture on my camera's screen.....and after a while another one....

The miniature necklace

I made this miniature necklace for my mother's dollhouse. It's in the same style with my natural size statement necklaces, made of metal, newspaper (handpainted by me), thread, glass seed beads and liquid glass. Its size  is 1.80 cm  x 0.90 cm & 2.60 cm long.

Liquid glass preparation

I'm preparing some new pieces, so I thought of showing you some photos from the last step before the liquid glass cover (each piece has only metal and paper) :-)

The Barbie Costume

I dressed up like Barbie for the carnival. I combined clothes in different shades of pink and made a necklace, a bracelet, two rings and a pair of earrings for my costume. Aren't they cute?!

You have noticed that I love adding color in my work....

Lack of inspiration....

There are these days..... that the little box in your mind, with the sign "Ideas" in front, is quite empty. Ok, you may have one or two ideas but nothing worth bringing to life.

Well, I think that in these cases you must open your ears and your eyes, start looking the enviroment around you more carefully, listen to its sounds, find new art. And then... ispiration starts coming back again!

Canvas shopping bag.

New design! Canvas shopping bag. This one is decorated with glass and plastic seed beads, lace and vintage cotton fabric. I will try it out and similar bags will soon be available in the online stores of Daily Art by Angelina.

What makes me smile.

Did some supplies shopping today :-) I think that crafters and designers will understand the feeling that put smiles on my face...! New supplies means new designs that you'll soon see. Kisses to everyone!

Flower blossoming!

March is here for some days now and soon spring will begin officially! I have already noticed trees and flowers blossoming on the street and I placed a nice bouquet on my working table. The ispiration continues in my designs of course (as a pattern, or theme for the photographs I take and use on earrings and pendants). Flower blossoming is here!
